Sara Wiseman – One moment we’re asleep… the next, we wake up. That Divine alarm clock starts buzzing and blaring, and the next thing you know it, you’re having a consciousness shift, an unexpected heart opening, a knock-your-socks off wake up call – whether you’re ready or not.

For many of us, it’s the darkest hours that lead us to the dawn. My own personal spiritual awakening was the result of some grim years indeed: a near death experience followed by PTSD, followed by the death of my father, followed by a divorce. Whew!

And yet, at this very lowest point in my life, a true miracle occurred: I opened, or was opened, to an understanding of the Universe in a whole new way. My consciousness shifted – and my entire life changed.

A miracle? Yes. But it’s also just how this stuff works.

The thing is, I’m not the only one to undergo such a radical transformation. What was once the purview of saints and gurus and mystics is now an experience available to any person who chooses to pursue this path.

What I am seeing now is an evolution in spiritual consciousness, an absolute revolution in what it means to be a human being, what it means to be a Divine being, and most importantly, what it means to be both things at the same time.

We get this one precious lifetime, and you better believe we’re here to experience it fully. That means, over the course of our time on this earth, we’ll be both good and bad. We’ll make great decisions and really lousy ones. We’ll love, and we’ll hate. We’ll enjoy ourselves, and we’ll be miserable. We’ll feel bliss, and we’ll know pain.

And as we move through this human experience of Divine self in earthly body, we’ll find ourselves progressing through four key passages of the heart: from pain into compassion into connection into love.

At each stage of consciousness, our awareness will expand, and our lives will become more meaningful. By the time we reach the understanding of true connection of ourselves as one of One…. Well, by then, we’ll have become conscious at a level where we can understand energy, spirituality and intuition with the greatest ease and facility.

As you know, once you can work in energy… things start to move pretty fast indeed! We become able to create our realities. We become able to manifest instantaneously. We become more fully able to inhabit ourselves and our lives at the highest possible levels.

This journey of being human, this experience we call life, can be challenging! But when you begin to work with your Divine, intuitive and spiritual self, instead of your fearful, wounded self, you will notice how quickly transformation happens – and you’ll begin to experience miracles not just now and then, but in every single minute of each day.
