Adeana M. Slater – Many of you are feeling the affects of the increased energy on your physical body. Even though this higher energy is ‘cleansing’ all aspects of your being, you will most likely feel the physical more so as this Ascension dial is turned up a few more significant notches as of late. This can definitely feel uncomfortable and unsettling to most.
The symptoms of this Ascension Process is intensifying and again it is reiterated that you ride the tide and go with the flow in order to allow the energies to continue to move you forward as intended.
These higher energies do not only serve to elevate you. This energy is also healing and cleansing. So the physical body may feel this change especially more so, during this time. Just like Mother Gaia and your outer world is experiencing change, so is your physical vessel as it is being upgraded.
Imagine then, that anything ‘old’ must experience a ‘tower moment’ of breaking down and being leveled off first. Then it is necessary for healing and transmuting to take place to release. The complete release of this old is giving ‘permission’ for the New to come in and begin the rebuilding process.
Just like any initiation of change in your life, the old must be let go of as you bravely prepare yourselves to step into that new situation, job, location, relationship, or experience that you decide to make. Consequently, your body may now present with seemingly new and sudden pains, ‘dis-eases’, or discomforts. Know that this is part of the upgrade that you are receiving and agreed upon. Some of what is being transmuted by the physical body at this time is from not only from this lifetime but you are also releasing hereditary ailments that represent the old.
Again, as mentioned before, it is necessary to heal and release EVERYTHING that is no longer serving you and the Collective. Please remember to rest when you need to and listen to what your body needs as sustenance. If you are personally struggling with an unhealthy addiction of sorts, this energy is here to help you now more than ever before! You may surprisingly find yourself no longer desiring to engage or partake into such activities that are both harmful to your well-being and essentially holding you back from becoming the best possible version of yourself.
You can look all around you and know that there is significant growth and evolution that has already taken place. The evidence of this is that you will notice your co-workers, friends, family members, neighbors all making big changes in their lives. If you remember, in the recent past, CHANGE was frowned upon and feared.
Everyone strove for the status quo lifestyle. This often lead to dissatisfaction and discontentment. The reason why is because most individuals were unhappy in multiple aspects of their life but never had the strength or courage to change it. It has been correctly stated before by others that:
“Change will not occur unless the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear of change.”
So, it is for you now. This higher energy of love has begun to shift that fear so that you will find the strength and courage to choose to be happy and fulfilled in all that you are and in all that you do. The ‘dominos’ are literally falling into one another as intended. Or you can imagine what it is like when you throw a pebble into a body of water. Watch the ripples move outward in all directions. There is no stopping this momentum!
