Alright. Well we have our Sun in Leo, we have Venus moving into Leo. We’re still in a Mercury retrograde and a Chiron retrograde and several others. So while the fire energy is getting stronger and stronger, we need to watch a little more fluids in the body, staying hydrated, staying cool. Some of you will find that your body temperature just seems to be running warmer than everyone else.

So we have a lot of spiritual fire available right now and the idea with fire is that it is purifying if you let it move quickly. If it lingers, then you get a bit burnt. So you want the flames rushing. Make it a violet flame or something like a quick blowtorch kind of energy going up and out the top of the head generally is a good thing. If it is a kind of flash emotional fire, you may want to send it out the solar plexus to dissipate it in front of you or you can even send it down into the earth for grounding.

So move the fire quickly and things will be all right.
