When the Soviet Union Fell ion December 26th, 1991, it was widely assumed that the SDI program was abandoned along with this historical event. In fact it appears that all of the research around Star Wars was reintegrated into a covert initiative for building a Space Fence that would serve as a Major Global Surveillance and Control Grid.

I have a slight problem with your description of the Chem Trail agent being in the jet fuel.
I live in an area of Canada where there are tens of Chem trails observable. The problem I have, is that also in this area, they switch the Chem trails ON or OFF.
If it was in the fuel, this would NOT be possible. There must be, in this case, a separate mechanism to disperse these Chem Trail Chemicals.
I have watched these Chem Trails for many years.
It’s very rare to see an ordinary con-trail which disappears at the same speed the plane is cruising at, about six lengths behind the airplane.
I do agree with the rest of your presentation though, regarding the disease structure, caused by the nano-particles dispersed into the atmosphere, by Nefarious Chem Trail usage and activities.
